Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, Mehmet Erol Ülgü (Ephesus Game Studio) tarafından geliştirilen Kaleron RPG oyununu ("Oyun") kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu indirerek ya da oynayarak bu şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan Oyunu kullanma.
1. Kimler oynayabilir
Oyunu oynamak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Yaşadığın ülkede dijital hizmetler için ebeveyn onayı gereken yaştaysan, ebeveyninin bu şartları kabul etmesi gerekir; oyun içi satın almalar için de onun izni gerekir.
2. Hesabın
Oyuna Apple ya da Google hesabınla girersin. Hesabın kişiseldir; başkasına satamaz, devredemez ya da paylaşamazsın. Hesabındaki her işlemden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını oyunun içinden istediğin an silebilirsin (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil); silinen hesap geri getirilemez.
3. Oyunu kullanma hakkı
Sana Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla oynaman için sınırlı, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım hakkı veriyoruz. Oyunun kodu, görselleri, adı, karakterleri ve diğer bütün içeriği bize ya da lisans verenlerimize aittir. Oyunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislikle çözemez ya da Oyunun izin vermediği bir yolla erişemezsin.
4. Elmas, altın ve sanal eşyalar
- Elmas, altın, eşyalar, kostümler ve diğer oyun içi öğeler ("sanal öğeler") yalnız Oyunda kullanılır. Gerçek bir değerleri yoktur, mülkiyetin değildir ve paraya çevrilemez; sana onları kullanma hakkı verilir.
- Satın almalar Apple App Store ya da Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve o mağazanın kurallarına tabidir. Yürürlükteki tüketici hukukunun ve mağazanın tanıdığı haklar saklı kalmak üzere, sanal öğeler teslim edildikten sonra iade edilmez. İade talepleri Apple ya da Google'a yapılır.
- Satın alınan elmas hesaba aittir ve hesabındaki bütün karakterlerde kullanılabilir. Hesabını silersen sanal öğelerin de silinir.
- Oyunu dengelemek için fiyatları, oranları, ödülleri ve sanal öğelerin özelliklerini değiştirebiliriz.
- Hesapları, karakterleri ya da sanal öğeleri gerçek para ya da başka bir karşılık için satmak, almak ya da takas etmek yasaktır.
5. Davranış kuralları
Oyunda şunları yapamazsın:
- Hile, bot, otomasyon ya da Oyunu değiştiren yazılımlar kullanmak; hataları kendi yararına kullanmak (bulduğun hatayı bize bildir);
- Başka oyunculara hakaret etmek, taciz etmek, tehdit etmek; nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik ya da şiddeti öven içerik paylaşmak;
- Küfürlü, saldırgan ya da yetkili ekibi taklit eden karakter ve klan adları kullanmak;
- Spam yapmak, reklam yapmak ya da başka oyuncuları dolandırmaya çalışmak;
- Başkasının hesabına girmeye çalışmak ya da sunucularımıza saldırmak.
Oyuncular birbirini engelleyebilir ve şikâyet edebilir. Şikâyetleri inceleriz. Kurallara uymayan oyunculara uyarı, sohbet yasağı, hesabın süreli ya da süresiz kapatılması gibi yaptırımlar uygulayabilir, uygunsuz adları ve mesajları kaldırabiliriz. Ağır ya da tekrarlanan ihlallerde hesap kapatılırsa sanal öğeler için bir karşılık ödenmez.
6. Senin içeriğin
Sohbet mesajlarından ve seçtiğin adlardan sen sorumlusun. Bu içeriği Oyun içinde göstermemiz, saklamamız ve gerektiğinde kaldırmamız için bize ücretsiz bir izin vermiş olursun.
7. Oyunun değişmesi ve hizmetin sürekliliği
Oyun sürekli gelişir: yeni içerikler eklenebilir, var olanlar değiştirilebilir ya da kaldırılabilir. Bakım ya da teknik sorunlar sırasında Oyun kısa süreler için erişilemez olabilir. Oyunu tamamen kapatmaya karar verirsek bunu makul bir süre önceden Oyun içinde duyururuz.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz ve dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Tüketici olarak yasadan doğan hakların bu şartlarla sınırlanmaz.
9. Hesabın sona ermesi
Hesabını istediğin an silebilirsin. Bu şartları ağır ya da tekrarlı biçimde ihlal edersen hesabını kapatabiliriz.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak yaşadığın ülkenin zorunlu hükümleri ve tüketici hakem heyetleri ile mahkemelere başvurma hakkın saklıdır.
11. Değişiklikler ve iletişim
Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki tarihi değiştirir, önemli değişiklikleri Oyun içinde duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra oynamaya devam etmen yeni şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir. Soruların için: support@kaleronrpg.com.

These terms govern your use of Kaleron RPG (the "Game"), developed by Mehmet Erol Ülgü (Ephesus Game Studio). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are below the age at which your country requires parental consent for online services, a parent must accept these terms for you, and their permission is needed for in-game purchases.
2. Your account
You sign in with your Apple or Google account. Your account is personal; you may not sell, transfer or share it. You are responsible for everything done with your account. You can delete your account at any time from inside the Game (Settings → Delete account); a deleted account cannot be restored.
3. Your licence to play
We give you a limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game's code, artwork, name, characters and all other content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the Game, or access it in any way the Game does not allow.
4. Gems, gold and virtual items
- Gems, gold, items, costumes and other in-game items ("virtual items") can be used only in the Game. They have no real-world value, are not your property and cannot be exchanged for money; you receive a licence to use them.
- Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow that store's rules. Without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer law and the store's policies, virtual items are not refundable once delivered. Refund requests go to Apple or Google.
- Purchased gems belong to the account and can be used by every character on it. If you delete your account, your virtual items are deleted too.
- To keep the Game balanced we may change prices, rates, rewards and the properties of virtual items.
- Selling, buying or trading accounts, characters or virtual items for real money or anything else of value is not allowed.
5. Rules of conduct
In the Game you may not:
- use cheats, bots, automation or software that alters the Game, or exploit bugs for your benefit (please report any bug you find);
- insult, harass or threaten other players, or share hate speech, sexual content or content that glorifies violence;
- use profane or offensive character or clan names, or names that impersonate our team;
- spam, advertise or try to scam other players;
- try to access someone else's account or attack our servers.
Players can block and report each other, and we review reports. We may apply sanctions to players who break the rules, such as warnings, chat bans or temporary or permanent account suspension, and we may remove inappropriate names and messages. If an account is closed for serious or repeated violations, no compensation is paid for its virtual items.
6. Your content
You are responsible for your chat messages and the names you choose. You give us a free permission to show, store and, where needed, remove this content in the Game.
7. Changes to the Game and availability
The Game keeps evolving: content may be added, changed or removed. The Game may be unavailable for short periods during maintenance or technical problems. If we decide to shut the Game down, we will announce it in the Game a reasonable time in advance.
8. Limitation of liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that the Game will run without interruption or errors, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not limited by these terms.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The mandatory rules of the country where you live as a consumer, and your right to go to its consumer bodies and courts, are not affected.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; when we do, we change the date above and announce important changes in the Game. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms. For questions: support@kaleronrpg.com.
