Bu politika, Kaleron RPG mobil oyununu (iOS ve Android) oynarken hangi verilerinin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini, ne kadar saklandığını ve haklarını anlatır. Oyunu oynayarak bu politikada anlatılanları kabul etmiş olursun.

Apple ya da Google ile girersin; e-postanı, gerçek adını ve fotoğrafını saklamayız.
Oyunda reklam, analiz ya da takip aracı yoktur. Verini satmayız, reklam için kullanmayız.
Ödemeleri Apple ve Google alır; kart bilgin bize hiç ulaşmaz.
Hesabını oyunun içinden silebilirsin; silme hemen gerçekleşir.

1. Topladığımız veriler

Hesap bilgileri. Apple ya da Google'ın bize verdiği hesap kimliği (bir numara), seçtiğin dil, oyun içi ayarların (ses, titreşim, bildirim tercihleri), hesabın açılış ve son görülme zamanı.

Oyun verileri. Seçtiğin karakter adları, ulus ve sınıf, seviye, eşyalar, altın ve elmas, dövüşler, sıralamalar, klan üyeliği ve pazar işlemleri.

İletişim. Sohbet kanallarına yazdığın mesajlar, başka bir oyuncuyla özel mesajların, arkadaş listen, engellediğin oyuncular, gönderdiğin şikâyetler (şikâyet edilen mesajın bir kopyasıyla) ve oyun içinden gönderdiğin geri bildirimler. Küfür içeren kelimeler kaydedilmeden önce yıldızla gizlenir.

Satın almalar. Oyun içi bir satın alma yaptığında Apple ya da Google'dan gelen işlem bilgileri (işlem numarası, ürün, tarih ve mağazanın gönderdiği diğer işlem ayrıntıları). Bunları elmasını hesabına eklemek ve iade ile vergi yükümlülükleri için kullanırız.

Cihaz ve teknik veriler. İzin verirsen bildirim göndermek için cihazının bildirim adresi (push token); uygulama sürümü; sunucularımıza bağlanırken IP adresin ve isteğin teknik ayrıntıları (adres, zaman, sonuç). IP adresi güvenlik, kötüye kullanımı önleme ve istek sınırları için kullanılır.

Cihazında saklananlar. Oturum anahtarın, seçili karakterin ve dilin telefonunun güvenli deposunda (iOS Anahtar Zinciri / Android Keystore) tutulur.

2. Diğer oyuncuların gördükleri

Karakter adın, ulusun, sınıfın, seviyen, gücün, kuşandığın eşyalar, arena puanların, sıralamadaki yerin, klanın ve sohbet kanallarına yazdığın mesajlar oyunun içinde diğer oyunculara görünür. Özel mesajlarını yalnız yazıştığın oyuncu görür.

3. Verileri neden ve hangi hukuki sebeple işliyoruz

4. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Verini satmayız. Oyunu çalıştırmak için yalnız aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla, gereken kadarını paylaşırız:

Bu sağlayıcıların bazıları verini Türkiye ve Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışında işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar sağlayıcıların sunduğu standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi güvencelerle yapılır. Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda (örneğin bir mahkeme kararı) yetkili makamlara bilgi verebiliriz.

6. Hesabını silmek

Oyunda Ayarlar → Hesabı sil ile hesabını istediğin an silebilirsin. Silme hemen gerçekleşir: karakter adların, sohbet ve özel mesajların, arkadaşların, engellemelerin, şikâyetlerin, geri bildirimlerin, bildirim kayıtların ve giriş kimliğin silinir. Diğer oyuncuların geçmişi bozulmasın diye oyun kayıtları (dövüşler, pazar işlemleri) adı silinmiş bir karaktere bağlı olarak kalır; sıralamalarda adının yerine bir numara görünür. Satın alma kayıtları yasal süre boyunca kimliğinle bağı olmadan saklanır. Silinen veriler yedeklerden en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden çıkar. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan privacy@kaleronrpg.com adresine yaz.

7. Hakların

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamında verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi isteme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme, aktarıldığı kişileri öğrenme ve verilerinin bir kopyasını alma hakların vardır. Bu hakları kullanmak için privacy@kaleronrpg.com adresine yaz; en geç 30 gün içinde cevap veririz. Cevabımızdan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na ya da yaşadığın ülkedeki veri koruma otoritesine başvurabilirsin.

8. Çocuklar

Kaleron RPG 13 yaşından küçükler için değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşından küçüklerin verisini toplamayız. Yaşadığın ülkede dijital hizmetler için ebeveyn onayı gereken yaştaysan (Avrupa Birliği'nde ülkeye göre 16 yaşına kadar), oyunu ebeveyninin onayıyla oynayabilirsin. 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun hesap açtığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz; hesabı sileriz.

9. Güvenlik

Uygulama ile sunucularımız arasındaki bütün bağlantılar şifrelidir. Sunuculara erişim yalnız anahtarla ve sınırlı kişilerle yapılır. Veritabanı yedekleri şifreli bağlantıyla, yalnız yedek alanına erişebilen bir anahtarla taşınır. Hiçbir sistem tamamen güvenli değildir; bir ihlal olursa yasanın öngördüğü şekilde seni ve ilgili makamları bilgilendiririz.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellediğimizde yukarıdaki tarihi değiştiririz; önemli değişiklikleri oyunun içinde de duyururuz.

This policy explains what data is processed when you play the Kaleron RPG mobile game (iOS and Android), why, how long it is kept, and what your rights are. By playing the game you accept what this policy describes.

In short

You sign in with Apple or Google; we do not store your email, real name or photo.
The game has no ads, analytics or tracking tools. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Payments are taken by Apple and Google; your card details never reach us.
You can delete your account from inside the game, and deletion happens at once.

1. Data we collect

Account data. The account identifier Apple or Google gives us (a number), your chosen language, your in-game settings (sound, haptics, notification preferences), and when your account was created and last seen.

Game data. The character names you choose, nation and class, level, items, gold and gems, fights, rankings, clan membership and market activity.

Communication. Messages you write in chat channels, private messages with another player, your friend list, players you block, reports you send (with a copy of the reported message) and feedback you send from the game. Profane words are masked with stars before they are stored.

Purchases. When you make an in-game purchase, the transaction details Apple or Google send us (transaction number, product, date and the other transaction details the store provides). We use them to add gems to your account and for refunds and tax obligations.

Device and technical data. If you allow it, your device's notification address (push token); the app version; and, when you connect to our servers, your IP address and the technical details of the request (path, time, result). The IP address is used for security, abuse prevention and request limits.

Stored on your device. Your session key, selected character and language are kept in your phone's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).

2. What other players see

Your character name, nation, class, level, power, equipped items, arena points, ranking, clan and the messages you write in chat channels are visible to other players in the game. Private messages are seen only by the player you write to.

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. To run the game we share only what is needed with these service providers:

Some of these providers may process your data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on safeguards the providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses. Where the law requires it (for example, a court order) we may disclose information to the competent authorities.

5. How long we keep data

6. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the game under Settings → Delete account. Deletion happens at once: your character names, chat and private messages, friends, blocks, reports, feedback, notification records and sign-in identity are deleted. So that other players' history stays intact, game records (fights, market trades) stay linked to a character whose name has been erased; rankings show a number in place of your name. Purchase records are kept for the legal period with no link to who you are. Deleted data leaves the backups automatically within 30 days. If you cannot reach the app, write to privacy@kaleronrpg.com.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and Article 11 of Türkiye's KVKK you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, to learn who it was shared with, and to receive a copy of it. To use these rights, write to privacy@kaleronrpg.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live, or to Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Board.

8. Children

Kaleron RPG is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are below the age at which your country requires parental consent for online services (up to 16 in some EU countries), you may play only with a parent's permission. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Security

All connections between the app and our servers are encrypted. Access to the servers is by key only and limited to a few people. Database backups travel over encrypted connections with a key that can reach nothing but the backup store. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Changes

When we update this policy we change the date above, and we announce important changes in the game.
